Return & Exchange Policy

At HAITCH, We strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. That’s why we offer a 7-day no-fuss return and exchange policy, starting from the date of delivery.

Return & Refund Guidelines

A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the total refund per order, regardless of the number of items in that order. For example, if your order includes multiple products, only one ₹100 deduction will apply for the entire return—not per item.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns received in poor condition or showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed and for the refund to reflect in your bank account. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited directly to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, based on the details you provide.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Special Offers

For orders placed under the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer, refunds are not allowed. However, size exchanges are permitted for the same product.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations can only be processed before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
